Support Expel: Associate Customer Success Manager, Scale

Handle high-volume customer support requests through shared queues, execute onboarding and health check playbooks, and escalate issues while maintaining technical credibility.

Junior Remote Posted about 14 hours ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Remote

Most CS roles give you a book of accounts and say "don't lose them." This one is different. You're part of a team that collectively owns a segment of customers, not individually assigned accounts. You pick up the next customer who needs help, resolve it, document it, move on. The work is fast, systematic, and high-volume. If that sounds like a grind, this isn't for you. If it sounds like exactly the kind of structured, high-tempo work you thrive in, keep reading.

Expel is a MDR company. Our customers are security teams who depend on us to catch threats and keep their organizations safe. Every interaction matters because the customer on the other end of that queue is trusting you with their security program. You need enough technical credibility to hold that trust without leaning on a relationship you built over months.

We're building this function from scratch. The playbooks, the automation, the operating model: all of it is being designed right now. You won't walk into a finished machine. You'll walk into a team that's actively building one, with experienced leadership invested in getting it right.

What Expel can do for you

  • Put you inside a company transforming security operations from industry-leading 20-minute outcomes toward 20-second outcomes with AI and automation
  • Give you experienced leadership that's actively building this model and invested in how you develop
  • Teach you security domain knowledge from the inside, working alongside SOC analysts and engineers who do the technical work
  • Connect you with customers who genuinely care about their security programs, even in a scaled model
  • Offer a clear path, either into named CSM roles as you build relationship depth or deeper into scaled/digital CS as the function matures

What you can do for Expel

  • Execute playbook-driven customer interactions across the scale segment: new customer/onboarding sequences, health checks, renewal prep, proactive outreach
  • Handle inbound customer requests through shared queues, resolving issues using established processes and documenting outcomes
  • Monitor health signals and act on automated alerts, escalating when situations exceed the playbook
  • Participate in one-to-many customer motions: webinars, office hours, digital campaigns
  • Maintain technical credibility in every interaction, speaking knowledgeably about Expel's service and security operations basics
  • Flag gaps in playbooks and processes as you encounter them, contributing observations that help the team improve
  • Provide surge support during security incidents affecting scale customers

What you should bring with you

  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience, ideally in support, success, or account management
  • At least 1 year of exposure to the security industry (operations, products, consulting, GRC, or incident response)
  • Comfort with high-volume, queue-based work that requires frequent context-switching
  • Familiarity with the cybersecurity market: MDR, EDR, SIEM, NDR, cloud security, and what a real security program looks like
  • Strong written communication skills, clear and consistent across many interactions
  • Active listening skills and the ability to quickly understand customer context without deep account history
  • Comfort operating in an environment where the playbooks are still being written
  • A genuine bias toward getting better and a hunger for feedback

Additional notes

The base salary range for this role is between $73,500 USD to $106,600 USD + bonus eligibility and equity.

We believe in paying transparently and equitably. Your salary will ultimately be based on factors such as your experience, skills, team equity, and market data. You’ll also be eligible for unlimited PTO (which we model and encourage), work location flexibility, up to 24 weeks of parental leave, and really excellent health benefits.

We’re only hiring those authorized to work in the United States. We do not currently sponsor immigration visas.

We're an Equal Opportunity Employer: You'll receive consideration for employment without regard to race, sex, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or on the basis of disability.

We’ll ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please let us know if you need accommodation of any kind.

Finance Collibra: Director, Global Payroll

Director oversees global payroll operations across 12 countries, managing US tax compliance, Dayforce/Workday processing, and international payroll vendor relationships.

Lead Remote Posted about 21 hours ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Remote
URL: https://www.collibra.com/

Joining Collibra’s Payroll team

As our Director Global Payroll, you will drive the full payroll function for our global tech organization across 12 countries. This is a hands-on leadership role, offering end-to-end accountability for accuracy, tax compliance, and global execution.  You will maintain personal ownership of US payroll tax operations, including quarter-end and year-end processing within Dayforce and Workday, while directing international payroll through in-country specialists and vendors. We are looking for a seasoned US payroll tax professional ready to expand their impact into global leadership. By ensuring our people are paid accurately and on time, you show up to win for Collibrians everywhere. Your work is vital to maintaining One Collibra as we scale our presence across Europe—including Belgium, the UK, Poland, and the Czech Republic—and beyond. You will report to our VP & Corp. Controller and help mature our processes to support our rapid growth. This role is an ideal career opportunity for an authentic and proactive leader who enjoys both technical execution and strategic oversight.

Join us in creating an inclusive and efficient global payroll experience for all our team members. We look forward to seeing the measurable outcomes you will drive as part of our high-performing.

Directors, Global Payroll at Collibra are responsible for

  • Own US and Canada payroll tax compliance across all jurisdictions, including local earned income tax and nexus for the remote workforce.
  • Direct global payroll across Belgium, the UK, Poland, the Czech Republic, and eight additional countries, maintaining oversight of local calendars and compliance mandates.
  • Execute technical tax adjustments in Dayforce and Workday, including mid-year corrections and off-cycle filings.
  • Lead quarter-end close, reconciling liabilities and validating 941 filings ahead of deadlines.
  • Drive year-end processing, including US W-2 production and corrections.
  • Serve as the payroll-tax subject matter expert for People and Finance, and resolve employee inquiries directly.
  • Coordinate tax registration lifecycles with Legal and Finance partners as the company scales.
  • Partner on tax-sensitive events such as equity vesting and relocation, ensuring accurate reporting of complex compensation.
  • Lead, develop, and back up in-country specialists, and manage vendor relationships with partners like Partena, Cintra, and Forvis Mazars.
  • Direct global audits, providing technical documentation and reconciliations, and resolve cross-functional escalations.
  • Drive AI, automation, and process improvements to streamline global payroll workflows and documentation.

You have

  • 10+ years of end-to-end US multi-state payroll experience, including 7+ years in a leadership role owning global coordination, year-end delivery, and complex tax lifecycles.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to solve business challenges and streamline workflows.
  • Hands-on mastery of Workday and Dayforce, able to independently run US payroll cycles and technical tax functions (adjustments, 941 reconciliations, local returns, W-2/W-2c).
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

You are

  • A hands-on leader who directs and develops the team while still owning US payroll and tax execution personally, and who wants that technical work to stay central as scope expands globally.
  • Comfortable directing international payroll through in-country specialists and vendors rather than processing each cycle yourself.

Measures of success

  • Within your first month, you will complete a full US payroll cycle independently in Dayforce and Workday, map all active in-country vendor relationships and compliance calendars across our 12 countries, and identify any open gaps in payroll tax registrations.
  • Within your third month, you will own and deliver your first quarter-end close — including 941 reconciliation and liability validation — and establish direct working relationships with all in-country specialists and vendors (Partena, Cintra, Forvis Mazars). You will have also surfaced your top 2–3 process improvement or automation opportunities.
  • Within your sixth month, you will lead year-end readiness planning end-to-end (US W-2 production and international equivalents), launch at least one automation or process improvement initiative using AI, and present a global payroll operations roadmap to the VP, Controller.

We partner with leading brands to develop strategic, business-focused partnerships that elevate their thought leadership, connect them with our community, and help them achieve meaningful business outcomes. The revenue our team generates directly fuels AMA’s ability to serve marketers, students, and educators around the world.

  • We are a fully remote organization with team members in over 20 states within the US. Work from the comfort of your home, a local coffee shop, or wherever in the U.S. brings you joy! However, please note that you MUST live in one of the following states to be considered for this role:

This is a rare seat: the chance to build something that doesn’t exist yet inside of one of marketing’s most trusted organizations. You’ll go beyond traditional sponsorship sales, drawing on our full ecosystem of research, membership, events, and thought leadership to solve real business challenges for enterprise partners. You’ll work across the AMA to design partnerships and open up new revenue streams. If you want to build something scalable and see your fingerprints on the AMA’s growth for years to come, this is that role.

What you’ll be doing

  • Drive new business growth by identifying, developing, and closing strategic partnership opportunities across AMA’s sponsorship, advertising, research, events, executive engagement, and other organizational assets.
  • Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research to consistently achieve revenue goals.
  • Develop consultative partnership solutions by understanding client business objectives and designing customized programs that create value for both partners and AMA.
  • Collaborate across the organization to develop, deliver, and optimize partnership opportunities while sharing market insights that shape future growth strategies.
  • Grow long-term partner relationships by demonstrating ROI, identifying expansion opportunities, and driving renewals.
  • Manage the sales process with excellence by maintaining accurate Salesforce records, forecasts, proposals, contracts, and other sales documentation.

What you bring to the table

  • 5–7+ years of experience in B2B consultative sales, partnerships, or business development with a track record of closing new business.
  • Experience prospecting, building pipeline, and managing opportunities through the full sales cycle.
  • Strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders.

Support Junior Technical Support Engineer (US market) at Talkie.ai

Handles telecom integrations and technical support for AI healthcare agents, troubleshoots call routing, and manages support tickets for US clinic customers.

Junior Remote Posted about 22 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Description

About us

Talkie builds AI Agents for healthcare. Our agents handle patient–clinic communication end-to-end - voice calls, web chat, and SMS - so patients get 24⁄7 access to care and busy practices never miss a conversation. Every month, our AI Agents handle close to a million real patient conversations across the US and Poland. Trusted by primary care, specialty practices, and hospitals.

The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Technical Support Engineer to keep our AI Agents connected to the real world - the phone systems, networks, and clinical software our US customers already run. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the point where our technology meets each clinic’s infrastructure.

At the center of the job is telecom integration: getting patient calls to flow cleanly from a clinic’s existing phone number into our AI Agent and back out to the right person. In practice that’s almost always call forwarding - occasionally SIP trunking - and it means coordinating with clinic staff, their IT people, and external telecom vendors until calls route perfectly. Around that core, you’ll also own the support queue and troubleshoot API integrations with clinical systems (EHR) and LLM issues between Talkie and our customers.

This is not a “sit quietly and read documentation” role. You’ll be on calls and emails with US clients and vendors, chasing down what’s blocking an integration, and closing the loop. Every clinic you bring live is a clinic whose patients can now reach care around the clock - so precision, follow-through, and clear communication matter as much as technical skill.

What You’ll Do

  • Own telecom integrations for our US clients. For each new clinic, confirm the phone provider (RingCentral, Weave, Dialpad, Vonage, Comcast, Verizon, or an IT/MSP partner), plan how patient calls will be forwarded to Talkie, and drive the setup to completion - either by configuring call forwarding yourself with admin access the client shares, or by coordinating a technical call with the client’s IT person or telecom vendor.

  • Verify that call routing actually works end-to-end before you close a task - patient number → AI Agent → the right transfer destination (department, on-call, voicemail) - and troubleshoot anything that doesn’t.

  • Manage, update, and prioritize the support queue and backlog, keeping every ticket moving and nothing falling through the cracks.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues to restore service, and resolve tickets independently where you can.

  • Troubleshoot API integrations with clinical systems (EHR) between Talkie and clinics, working with the right internal team to unblock them.

  • Coordinate across Talkie’s teams to resolve tickets - organizing the work, keeping communication flowing, and gathering the data others need to help.

  • Verify resolutions with the end users who reported the issue, then close the loop and the task.

  • Proactively collect client feedback on the problems they run into, and communicate incidents and outages to clients following our established process.

  • Improve the support process itself - propose and implement changes based on data and feedback so integrations get faster and smoother over time.

  • Handle technical offboarding - data cleanup, deletion, and related work when a contract ends or changes.

What will you achieve with us?

  • Bring US clinics live faster and more reliably - every integration you finish means real patients can reach their doctor 24⁄7.

  • Become the person who understands, end-to-end, how a patient call travels from a clinic’s phone system into an AI Agent and back - across dozens of different provider setups.

  • Turn a support queue into a well-run process, spotting the patterns that let us prevent problems instead of just fixing them.

  • Grow into a genuine integrations specialist across telecom and APIs in a regulated, real-world healthcare environment.

Requirements

Job requirements

This is a young, fast-moving field and a role you can grow into. We care less about years of experience and more about how you think, learn, and work.

Must have

  • Technical troubleshooting ability - solid hands-on skills and some experience diagnosing, monitoring, and resolving technical issues, with the patience to work a problem until it’s actually fixed.

  • Telecom & IVR fundamentals - you understand the basics of telecommunications infrastructure and how IVR / call routing works, and you’re eager to go deep on SIP trunking and call forwarding.

  • Interest in system integrations via API - you want to grow in this area and are comfortable reasoning about how two systems talk to each other.

  • Communication & collaboration - a problem-solving mindset, easy to work with, assertive when needed, and clear in writing and on calls. You translate cleanly between technical and non-technical people.

  • Proactivity - you spot problems before you’re asked, flag them, and come with a proposed fix. When something’s broken, you say so and you act.

  • Fast learner, positive attitude - comfortable in a dynamic environment where no two days look the same.

  • English - C1+ English, strong written communication. Our clients and their vendors are in the US.

  • Shifted hours - This role requires shifted hours to align with the US market: 2pm - 10pm, with a possibility of Friday hours being 12pm - 8pm.

Nice to have

  • SIP trunking / call forwarding - hands-on exposure to configuring call routing on platforms like RingCentral, Dialpad, Weave, or similar.

  • API integrations - experience working with REST APIs, reading API docs, and debugging integration issues.

  • Healthcare background - prior work in healthcare, health-tech, or another regulated industry where accuracy and privacy are non-negotiable.

  • Support tooling - experience with ticketing/queue tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Zendesk) and a knack for keeping a backlog tidy.

  • Genuine curiosity - you enjoy figuring out how things work and show up with ideas for doing them better.

Your goals in this role

Short term - first 3 months

  • Learn how Talkie’s call flow works end-to-end - how patient calls are forwarded into our AI Agents and transferred onward - and get comfortable with the most common US phone providers.

  • Take ownership of a set of active client telecom integrations and drive them to “calls confirmed working.”

  • Get up to speed on our tooling and ways of working (ClickUp, internal platforms, our support and escalation process).

  • Start resolving support tickets independently, including first API and VPN troubleshooting with guidance from the team.

Longer term - first 12 months

  • Own telecom integrations end-to-end across our US onboarding pipeline, from provider identification to verified call routing.

  • Become the team’s go-to person for call-forwarding setups and the quirks of each major provider.

  • Handle API (EHR) integration tickets confidently, escalating only what genuinely needs it.

  • Improve the support and integration process itself - spot recurring blockers, propose fixes, and help us onboard clients faster with fewer surprises.

What we offer

  • Competitive pay with your choice of employment contract or B2B contract.

  • A role with real purpose - we’re changing how patients access healthcare in the US and Poland.

  • Flexible working arrangements - remote, office, or hybrid.

  • Work equipment for both home and office (including a comfy chair).

  • Benefits: private medical care, Multisport card, annual offsite, and a training budget.

  • A structured onboarding to help you find your feet, plus mentoring and support as you get into the world of AI and conversation design.

  • Working with cutting-edge AI technology on a product that’s genuinely useful to real people.

What are we like as a company?

We are friendly, direct, and driven by curiosity and ambition. We value a growth mindset and see failure as a learning opportunity. Our culture is built on inquiry and critical thinking - asking questions is the standard, and thorough investigation is expected. We’re proactive problem-solvers who don’t shy away from challenges: when something’s broken, we acknowledge it, propose solutions, and fix it. And yes - we love to have fun too. Dancing till the early hours, karaoke nights, and team sports are a long-standing tradition at Talkie.

Our recruitment process

Reflecting our culture, our recruitment process is respectful and collaborative. We aim to create a welcoming environment where you can be yourself and get to know us better. The entire process typically takes 2–4 weeks.

What to expect

  • 📼 Initial contact - if your application is a fit, we’ll reach out by email or phone.

  • đŸ“± Phone call - a short intro, 10–15 minutes.

  • 👋 First interview (30–60 min, online) - mutual fit and getting to know each other.

  • đŸ’Ș Second interview- case study (60 min, online) - a hands-on task that lets you show how you think and approach problems.

  • 📞 Reference check - we’ll ask for references from people you’ve worked with.

  • đŸ€ Offer - if all goes well, we’ll make you an offer, or share detailed feedback based on the interviews, case, and references.

We want to hire as soon as we find the right person - so don’t wait, apply now!

About Tailscale

Tailscale is building the new Internet by delivering software that makes it easy to securely interconnect people and their devices, no matter where they are. From hobbyists to multinational corporations, teams of every size use Tailscale each day to protect their networks, share access to internal tools, and more. We’re building a future for the Internet that’s easy, sensible, and safe, like it used to be. Founded in 2019 and fully distributed, we’re backed by Accel, CRV, Insight, Heavybit, and Uncork Capital.

Tailscale is redefining secure networking by making it simple for organizations to securely connect people, devices, and workloads anywhere in the world.

At Tailscale, we’re solving one of the most fundamental challenges in modern infrastructure: secure connectivity. Our product is loved by developers, trusted by IT and security teams, and rapidly expanding within organizations of every size. As adoption accelerates, we are investing in a regional sales motion that matches the scale of our ambition across EMEA.

We are looking for a founding Sales Director, EMEA to build and lead one of Tailscale’s most important growth initiatives. This is a rare opportunity to shape how a category-leading company enters and scales a major region, develops strategic customer and partner relationships, recruits an exceptional team, and creates the operating model for long-term growth.

About the Role

You will be a regional leader, seller, coach, and builder. You will own the EMEA sales strategy and lead teams across multiple customer segments, while personally helping advance the region’s most important opportunities and executive relationships.

You will define regional priorities, territory and segment strategy, hiring plans, outbound and expansion motions, and the operating cadence for the business. You will also help spearhead partnerships across the region, including channel, cloud, technology, and strategic alliance relationships that can accelerate customer acquisition and expansion.

Initially, you will lead a focused team of Account Executives across multiple segments and work closely with Customer Engineering, RevOps, Marketing, GTM Engineering, and Executive Leadership. As the business grows, you will play a central role in scaling the team, developing frontline leaders, and building the regional organization.

This UK-based role reports directly to the President and offers the opportunity to build Tailscale’s EMEA sales organization from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Build the EMEA Business

  • Lead  the current team and build the EMEA sales organization and go-to-market motion.
  • Develop the regional strategy, operating model, territory design, account segmentation, and coverage plan across multiple sales segments.
  • Set clear regional priorities and translate company goals into executable plans for new business, expansion, and partnerships.
  • Establish repeatable playbooks that reflect the needs of customers and markets across the UK and broader EMEA region.
  • Provide regional market insight that helps shape company strategy, product priorities, and investment decisions.

Lead From the Front

  • Personally support and, when appropriate, lead Tailscale’s highest-value and most strategic EMEA opportunities.
  • Develop trusted executive relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, infrastructure leaders, security leaders, and business executives.
  • Serve as the regional executive sponsor and quarterback for complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Coach teams on discovery, qualification, account strategy, executive engagement, negotiation, and deal execution.
  • Navigate technical, commercial, legal, procurement, and executive stakeholders to drive successful customer outcomes.

Lead and Scale Multiple Segments

  • Lead Account Executives serving multiple customer segments, from commercial and mid-market organizations through enterprise and accounts.
  • Create differentiated motions, coverage models, and performance expectations appropriate to each segment.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop exceptional sales talent across the region.
  • Build a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, curiosity, customer value, and continuous learning.
  • Develop future leaders and create the management structure required as the EMEA organization scales.

Build Regional Partnerships

  • Help define and execute the EMEA partnership strategy alongside the Partnerships organization and Executive Leadership.
  • Identify markets and customer segments where partners can accelerate awareness, pipeline creation, implementation, and expansion.
  • Create clear rules of engagement, joint account plans, and co-selling motions with priority partners.
  • Represent Tailscale with senior partner executives and at relevant regional customer and industry events.

Create Pipeline and Regional Awareness

  • Lead an outbound-first and account-based sales motion across the region.
  • Personally build executive relationships within high-priority accounts and partner ecosystems.
  • Partner with SDRs, Marketing, GTM Engineering and Partnerships to create qualified pipeline.
  • Build scalable account planning, prospecting, event, community, and partner-sourced pipeline programs.
  • Ensure the region develops a balanced pipeline across customer segments, products, countries, and sources.

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Own regional forecasting, pipeline health, hiring plans, and performance management.
  • Establish a rigorous operating cadence across forecast reviews, pipeline creation, deal inspection, account planning, and talent development.
  • Use data to identify trends, improve execution, allocate resources, and communicate regional performance to leadership.
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to provide structured customer and market feedback from EMEA.
  • Build the metrics, processes, and cross-functional relationships required to scale the organization effectively.

What We Are Looking For

  • An experienced sales leader who has built or materially scaled a high-growth SaaS business in EMEA.
  • A proven leader of teams spanning multiple customer segments, with the judgment to adapt the sales motion by segment and market.
  • A builder who is comfortable operating with ambiguity, limited infrastructure, and significant ownership.
  • A strong seller and coach with a consistent record of winning complex new-business and expansion opportunities.
  • Experienced in recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing Account Executives and sales leaders.
  • Demonstrated success building outbound pipeline and establishing repeatable regional go-to-market motions.
  • Experienced developing channel, technology, cloud, reseller, or strategic partnership relationships in EMEA.
  • Executive presence and credibility with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and senior business leaders.
  • Strong business acumen and experience navigating complex buying committees, procurement processes, and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Deep familiarity with the UK and broader EMEA technology market; additional European language skills are valuable but not required.
  • Based in the United Kingdom and able to travel throughout EMEA as needed.

You’ll Thrive Here If You

  • Want to build a region rather than inherit a mature organization.
  • Enjoy leading from the front while creating leverage through managers, teams, and partners.
  • Can balance strategic planning with hands-on customer and deal leadership.
  • Are energized by developing different sales motions for commercial, mid-market, enterprise, and strategic customers.
  • See partnerships as a core growth lever rather than a separate or secondary function.
  • Want to leave a lasting impact on how a category-leading company expands internationally.

As a company, we strive to maintain fair and equitable compensation practices within our team across all roles and all levels. Tailscale’s compensation package includes base salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits. The salary range displayed on each job posting represents the target range for a new hire’s base salary.
